Who we are

Established in June 2009, OSH24 is proudly Kiwi owned and managed, based in Wellington, and operating across New Zealand.
Our primary focus is on promoting a positive health and safety culture within small to medium-sized organisations by providing easy to use online tools to empower our clients to get health and safety sorted quickly and affordable.

What we are capable of

The OSH24 management team have more than 40 years’ collective experience in Health and Safety, Project Management, Information Technology, Business Systems, Human Resources, Change Management and Strategic Leadership, both local and offshore.
Our Health and Safety experience includes leading teams through implementing Health and Safety systems, facilitate Health and Safety audits to repeatedly, achieve the highest levels of excellence using the ACC WSMP framework. OSH24 employs experts to lead business improvement and policy development & reviews. Their professional capabilities further include the ability to design and implement employee training and induction programmes as well as legislative compliant Health and Safety systems and to manage projects around policy and systems implementations.
Most of all, we have the ability and desire to support and help our customer with their Health and Safety.

We are here to help you become Health and Safety compliant – the easy way. We know, that you understand, your responsibility for the Health and Safety of your staff and clients. We know what you need to meet the requirements of New Zealand Health and Safety laws and we are here to help you meet those compliance requirements. We will help you understand what you need to do to become compliant, we will then help you in becoming compliant, and we will then support you in staying compliant.

Where we’ve come from

OSH24 was established in 2009 after we recognised that companies want to do the right thing around Health and Safety, but they found that it was confusing and just too hard, and the only available tools were paper-based, or very expensive computer programs. With our combined experience of Health and Safety practices as well as online business systems, we set out to develop an easy-to-use tool to help small and medium enterprises with their Health and Safety compliance needs. This led to the creation of OSH24, an online, web-based system where companies can manage their workplace safety. Since then we have been working to create an environment of collaboration between employees and employers. We are all about creating a workplace culture where everyone is safe and can work safely, and Health and Safety compliance is easy.

We will continue to investigate new initiatives to enhance the safety of your workplace. We will keep you up to date with changing legislation. We will make sure that you do what you need to do to stay compliant. We will promote cooperation between employees and employers. We will continue to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
